About Returns
Can I return my order? Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the product.
In this case, the following conditions must be met:

1. The order must include all accessories and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when the product was received.
2. The product must have been handled in the normal way only, and damage due to careless use is not acceptable.
3. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the returns process.
4. Any defects must be discovered immediately upon receiving the product.
5. We reserve the right to charge you for shipping costs.
6. The return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be formally approved within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect the product has been used or damaged in a way that is not our responsibility.

How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start the returns process:

* Make sure the email includes the following information:
   * Order number
   * Reason for return
   * Photos of the product if there is damage
   * Customer's name
   * Customer's address
After that, we will contact you and provide you with the return address.
Do not send the return to the original sender. The return address will be provided to you after your enquiry. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If the consumer is a natural person whose transaction purpose is not primarily related to commercial or professional activity, you can exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.

A. Conditions for Return
The return period is 14 days from the date you or your designated third party (other than the courier) received the last product.
As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon submission. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the sending process, and cancellations are not possible after the product has been dispatched.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please clearly inform us of your decision to return the product (for example, via email). The return is completed when you receive the product. The cost of the return is borne by the buyer.

Goods in Transit
As our products are dispatched from the United Kingdom, there may be long delivery times that we cannot control. If the product has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the product, and then return it to us. Of course, you can notify us in advance of your decision to return.
To ensure the fastest refund, please send us the dispatch confirmation.

Result of Return
If you return this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you. However, this excludes shipping costs (and any additional costs if you have chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping we provide). The refund will be made without delay within 14 days of receiving the return notice and the returned product.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as used in the original transaction. Unless otherwise agreed, no fees relating to the refund will be charged.

** All returns must be sent at the customer's expense to our central warehouse in the United Kingdom.
